The Charter of Aged Care Rights sets out your rights, as an aged care consumer, with Namoi Care Connect. You will be provided with a signed copy of the Charter when you start receiving supports from us. You have the option of signing the Charter and returning the signed copy to us. Not signing the Charter doesn't change the types of supports you receive or how we provide those supports.
We will provide you with a copy of the Charter of Aged Care Rights booklet with the Charter. The booklet provides information about your rights and how you can exercise them. It also includes information about your responsibilities as an aged care consumer.
