Namoi Care Connect continually works towards surpassing the requirements set down by the The Australian Government Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.  The Commission regulates all federally funded aged care.  Government funded organisations must meet the eight Aged Care Quality Standards.  They are:

5. Organisation's service environment
6. Feedback and complaints
7. Human resources
8. Organisational governance
