Wee Waa Community Care Service Inc. is an incorporated NSW not for profit organisation that provides transport, home maintenance, meals, group social support and individual social support services to Narrabri LGA communities, through the following government funded programs:

• Commonwealth Home Support Programme
• Community Transport Program
• Non-emergency Health Related Transport Program

Services are also provided to National Disability Insurance Scheme recipients and through brokerage arrangements with a number of Councils, for profit care providers and not for profit providers.

The organisation is governed by a volunteer Board of Management, which provides strategic direction to, and monitors the operations of, Wee Waa Community Care Service. The board is elected annually by members of the Association, with a Succession Plan in place to ensure continuity of knowledge by the Board and an ongoing commitment to the strategic aims of the Association.

Local services supporting local people not only benefits clients, but it also benefits the whole community. We employ staff, buy locally and in a small way help keep our local economy going. We build social capital within our community.
